Drink Tickets

Events can pre-purchase drink tickets which can be redeemed for domestic beer, sodas, gatorade and water.  Tickets will be issued to event coordinator before the event and can be redeemed at Plum Creek Grill or on our beverage cart.  Suggested minimum - 2 per person $2.75

Prices indicate amount per person. Sales Tax (8.25%) and Gratuity (20%) will be added to the catering prices above. All prices include tables, chairs and set-up. Meals will be served buffet style unless noted. Prices quoted are for one serving and does not represent and 'All you can eat format'. Final guest count must be made one week prior to event; event will be charged based on this number.

Events who choose to bring in outside food will be charged a $250 Corkage Fee. There is a $100 linens fee for use of Plum Creek linens for outside food.
